For installation companies
Communal heating is a trade of its own. We do the part behind the front door for installation companies that want to relieve their service department or do not want to take on the specialism themselves. Under your name if you wish.
- Under your name
- If you wish, your customer never hears of us
- 24 hours a day
- Call-out service, at weekends and on public holidays too
- Every make
- Interface units from every manufacturer, mixed within one building too
Where we relieve you
An installation company that occasionally comes across a communal system rarely has the van, the parts and the knowledge of the unit type for it. We do; it is our only trade.
- Call-out service for heat interface units and communal systems, 24 hours a day
- Planned maintenance to the protocol for the unit type
- Commissioning of heat interface units on your projects, per dwelling with a report
- Back office: questioning, assessing urgency, scheduling and recording
- Temporary capacity when your own people are fully booked
Under your name, if you wish
Your customer does not need to know there is a second party. The resident hears what you want them to hear, the records go to you, and on arrival the engineer names the report they have come for. If you would rather have us visible as your specialist for communal heating, that is possible too. We agree that beforehand and we stick to it.
Commissioning on your projects
If you install the system and the heat interface units need commissioning, we do that dwelling by dwelling to a fixed protocol: ten to twelve units per engineer per day, depending on the client's protocol, with a handover form per dwelling in your customer's house style. The in-home system too, if you wish: balancing the manifold and checking the heat delivery room by room. See commissioning of heat interface units.
Every make, and both sides of the heat interface unit
We know the primary network and the secondary circuit, and we work on heat interface units from all manufacturers. Per client we record which unit types are installed, so the van is stocked for it and the fault is fixed in one visit. For you that means: no second trip, no ordering parts and no discussion about whose link it is.
How the collaboration works
We agree what you outsource and under which name. You supply, per address, the details of the heat interface unit and the resident; we stock the van and put the reports in your system or ours. After that you have a fixed contact who knows your projects and your agreements, and the response times from the Dutch Heat Act as the agreement.
We work throughout the Netherlands, with Houten as our base.
Frequently asked questions from installers
Will you not take over our customer?
No. We work for you, under your name if you wish. The resident hears what you want them to hear and the records go to you. We agree that beforehand and we stick to it.
Can we outsource only the call-out service?
Yes. The call-out service is the core of what we do. Maintenance, commissioning and back office can be added, but do not have to be.
How quickly do you respond to a fault?
For an urgent fault within four hours, for a less urgent fault no later than the next working day, for a non-urgent fault within five working days. Those are the classes from the Dutch Heat Act, and we agree them with you too.
Do you also do temporary deployment?
Yes. When your own people are fully booked, we can supply temporary capacity for faults, maintenance or a commissioning, also without a contract.
What do you want to hand over?
Tell us which work you want to outsource: the call-out service, the maintenance, a commissioning or temporary capacity. We tell you honestly what we can do and what we cannot.
