For main contractors and developers
For new build and refurbishment we are the party that commissions the heat interface units, reports per dwelling and keeps pace with your construction schedule. The handover does not wait for us.

Commissioning per dwelling, to protocol
We work through the same list in every dwelling: pre-check, hot water, heating, cooling where present, primary network conditions, leaks, controls, heat meter and communication module, sealing and recording. Ten to twelve units per engineer per day, depending on the client's protocol. If the heat supplier has its own form, we work through it point by point. Everything about it is on commissioning of heat interface units.
The handover file
Per dwelling a handover form as a pdf, in the house style of your organisation or that of the heat supplier, with the serial numbers of heat interface unit, communication module and heat meter, the meter readings at handover, the measured temperatures and photos of unit, meter and plot number. If you also want the data as a list for your own system, we supply it with the project.
Keeping pace with the construction schedule
We align with your schedule, also for phased handovers. What we need for that is clear and small: dwellings that are installed, filled, vented and pressurised, heat and power, access, and the plot numbers, unit types and set values beforehand. If a dwelling turns out not to be ready, we note it in the report and move on to the next, so the schedule holds.
The installation too, if that suits you better
Many contractors have us do the installation as well as the commissioning: fitting the mounting bracket and the unit, fitting the ball valves and flexible hoses and pressure-testing. Then everything is hung and running by the same party and there is no discussion about who was there when.
What we find and what we do with it
Something always comes up at a handover. A defect in the unit we fix on the spot. A crooked connection or a misplaced sensor we report with a concrete recommendation, so you know whose move it is, before the keys are handed over and not after.
After the handover
If you want to place the call-out service for the first period after handover with us as well, or if the heat supplier wants that, it can be done with a service contract. The same engineers who commissioned the units already know them.
We work throughout the Netherlands, with Houten as our base.
Frequently asked questions from main contractors
How many dwellings per day can you commission?
Ten to twelve heat interface units per engineer per day, depending on the protocol. With several engineers that scales with your handover schedule; we work it out with you beforehand.
What has to be ready when you arrive?
The system installed, filled, vented and pressurised; heat and power present; the dwellings accessible; and the plot numbers, unit types and set values beforehand. Dwellings that are not ready are recorded in the report.
Do you work with the heat supplier's protocol?
Yes. Many heat suppliers prescribe their own commissioning form; we work through it point by point and return it completed in the required house style.
Can you also do the installation?
Yes: fitting the mounting bracket and the unit, fitting the ball valves and flexible hoses and pressure-testing, and commissioning afterwards. Everything from the same party.
A project in the pipeline?
Send us the number of dwellings, the unit type and the handover schedule. You will hear what we can do and when.
