Commissioning per dwelling, to protocol

We carry out the same checks in every dwelling, in the same order: pre-check, hot water, heating, cooling where present, primary network conditions, leaks, controls, heat meter and communication module, sealing and recording. The rate is ten to twelve heat interface units per engineer per day, depending on the client's protocol. Where the heat supplier prescribes its own form, we work through it point by point. The handover file

You receive a handover record per dwelling in PDF, in the house style of your organisation or that of the heat supplier. It sets out the serial numbers of the heat interface unit, the communication module and the heat meter, the meter readings at handover, the measured temperatures and photographs of the heat interface unit, the meter and the plot number. If you also want the data as a file for your own system, we supply that with the project.

Fitting in with the construction schedule

We align our deployment with your schedule, including for a phased handover. What is required for that: dwellings that are installed, filled, vented and pressurised, heat and power, access to the dwellings, and the plot numbers, the unit types and the set values beforehand. If a dwelling is not ready, we record that in the report and move on to the next dwelling, so that the schedule remains intact.

Installation and commissioning in one assignment

Many main contractors have us carry out the installation as well as the commissioning: fitting the mounting bracket and the heat interface unit, fitting and pressure testing the ball valves and flexible connections. That places the execution with one party and assigns responsibility unambiguously.

Deviations during handover

Deviations are found at almost every handover. A defect in the heat interface unit we resolve on the spot. An incorrect connection or a misplaced sensor we record with a concrete recommendation, so that it is clear which party has to act, before the keys are handed over.

After the handover

If you or the heat supplier wish to place the call-out service for the first period after handover with us, that is possible with a service contract. The engineers who commissioned the heat interface units already know the installation.
