About SVS Warmteservice
Experts in communal heating and cooling systems, above all behind the front door. Since 2024, based in Houten, for heat suppliers, housing associations, managing agents and installation contractors.
Who we are
SVS Warmteservice was founded in 2024 by Rick van Plateringen and Rico van Ee. Both spent years at the market leader in heat interface units in the Netherlands and know the technology from the inside: how a heat interface unit and a district heating substation should be designed, balanced and maintained. That knowledge is the foundation of SVS.
We are brand-independent. Every heat interface unit, every substation and every control system is in good hands with us, whatever the make. In 2026 SVS became a private limited company; the people, the work and the agreements stayed the same.

How we work
Right first time
Our engineers arrive with the knowledge and the parts to resolve a fault on the first visit.
Everything recorded
Every visit, every measurement and every part is logged in our own system. You receive the records the Dutch Heat Act requires.
Reachable, also at night
The call-out service is staffed by people who know the installation. No answering machine and no call centre.
Our usual area lies between Amsterdam, Apeldoorn, Nijmegen, Eindhoven, Breda and The Hague, with Houten as our base. Beyond that we work by arrangement throughout the Netherlands.
The team
Small enough to know each other, large enough to serve 7,500 homes. Each of our engineers has their own van and their own route, and on Friday we close the week together.
We are growing, and we are looking for engineers who want to learn the communal heating trade or already know it. We obtain VCA and VeWa together; we pay for the training.
